Neje 3 Max /pro /plus Laser Engraver Cutter Laser Engraving Machine 5.5-12W

The Neje 3 Max is a diode laser engraver / cutter with 2 diodes increasing its max output power to be the most effective diode laser for cutting and engraving available at this price right now. I suggest some google research on this if you are unfamiliar with what a diode laser can do. It's a big subject .... This one is around 12 months old bought direct from Neje. I have upgraded to a CO2 laser which is bigger, faster, can cut thicker material and is (much) more expensive (over £1000). I enjoyed using the diode laser for cutting card including corrugated card and thin ply up to 3mm and I would recommend it for anyone starting out as it's effective with fewer technical issues than CO2 lasers.

This one has the largest available cutting bed (600 x 400mm) and I have added the air assist module and a drag chain (which keeps all the cables tidy). It's usb connected and uk mains power and I will supply the air pump too. I use Lightburn software for cutting but there are free options on the web which I am told will work fine. I do recommend Lightburn though and if you are serious about this interesting hobby it's worth investing in some quality well supported software. Just do your research and make up your own mind.
