12 Inch Long Aluminum Precision Step Jaws For Engraving Machine Vise New Hermes

If you pay before noon Eastern time these will be mailed the very same day. For sale is a set of extra long aluminum step jaws to hold long thin items. These prevent your items from bending under the pressure from the diamond or your rotary cutter. Please note that some of the larger new Hermes machines have a small hole tapped with threads in the middle of the vise jaws. If you are fortunate enough to have this hole you may insert a screw and tighten these jaws on top of the vise.

Please note that the screws are not provided because over the years they used different thread sizes. The model GTX-U that you see in the photographs used an 8-32 thread size. The centering scale on these jaws is machined deep so it will never wear off and it is very easy to read. Please note that the centering scale is machine on both jaws so that it is very easy to read and the numbers face the operator of the machine. These are machined from aircraft grade 6061 solid aluminum and will not crack like the plastic ones.

These will fit on the new Hermes vises with the narrow or the wide pin spacing. 5/8" or 2 1/4" . Please note that before being packaged for shipping these will be rolled in paper individually to prevent scratches. If you pay before noon Eastern time I will mail these the very same day.
