Up for sale is a 300mW USB DIY Laser Engraver Machine Laser Printer CNC Printer. I purchased to do a small amount of engraving on something and found it to be too small. So if you really want to try it, this auction is a better option than buying it for more from China. I do have the software burned to a CD and that is included but I think you might be able to find newer versions online. This burns in a really small area, like if you have a small 1 inch round/square item.

I know it seems huge in all the pictures but it's not. It only burns wood so far as I know. Despite what China sellers will tell you believe, it does not cut anything and it is for sure NOT a phone case. A phone case wouldn't even fit on the burn area. However, it is fun to play with and might be worth studying if you wanted to build a bigger one.

Or just burn things with it... it's fun and is in working condition.
