Counter Clockwise Curved Circular Font Fixture Micro-Curv For New Hermes

           For sale is a brass and aluminum circular engraving fixture for new Hermes engraving machines.   This fixture will also fit other engraving machines as long as you have a way to attach it to your font tray.   This unit comes complete with the C.C.W. Alphanumeric template wheel(COUNTER CLOCKWISE),hex keys, fine point sharpie and the operating instructions. This unit is used to engrave characters along a curve or a complete circle around an object.

AND C.C.W.   WE ALSO STOCK PARTS FOR THESE ITEMS THAT ARE PACKAGED FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.             As you can see in the photographs the unit fits real nicely on the small GM model machine.

The fixture is mounted on top of the copy stops using the included hardware. Please note that like the last picture when this unit is used on one of the larger machines it must be mounted directly to your copy slide holding tray. This will give the unit the needed clearance to allow your stylus arm to swing over the top of the unit without striking it. This will require that you drill two small holes in the aluminum or stainless steel tray to mount the unit. You then compose your phrase on the brass disk which serves as a guide to help you during the engraving process.

  This fixture is very easy to use and is a nice item to have when engraving personal items like knives, jewelry, tools, etc. When you are finished using the fixture you wipe the marker off the disk with lacquer thinner.     LETTER HEIGHT = .291" If you pay by noon I will mail the same day for faster service. THIS FITS 99% OF THE MACHINES IN CIRCULATION. HOWEVER THERE ARE A FEW MACHINES OUT THERE THAT USE A (SAE) #10-24 UNC AMERICAN PITCH THREAD ON THE COPY STOPS. IF THIS IS YOU PLEASE REQUEST THE 10-24 HARDWARE KIT WITH YOUR PLATE OR THE METRIC VERSION WILL BE INCLUDED BY DEFAULT. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHICH THREAD YOU HAVE YOU WILL HAVE TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN HARDWARE.     Knife is not part of the sale.
