This is a new semi assembled defcon 25 firefly badge kit. You will just need to solder on the LEDs and battery holder which are easy. The LED placements already have solder on the contacts added by the factory which you can see in the picture. It has also been pre-flash so after adding the LEDs and battery holder just add a AA and you are set. Each firefly board has been tested during the flashing process.
