This laser etches and engraves perfectly, but does struggle with cutting. It's likely the tube coming to end of life, or might be fixed with some tweaking of the lens. The machine is of an older generation, but is a workhorse and there's boated software package tied to the laser. Use the FSL program Retna Engrave and talk directly to the unit, completely offline.
