Gerber Dimension200Engraver Head Assembly High Speed Spindle Pressure Foot&motor

Being offered is this fully functional Engraving Head Assembly that I recently acquired. I have over 35 years of experience, training and possess tools and knowledge in the proper servicing and repair of many different types of industrial machines. And I am happy to say; the Gerber Dimension 200 is one of them. Shown is a cast aluminum frame, high speed Spindle, pressure foot and motor engraver assembly that fits on a Gerber Dimension 200 CNC router/engraver . The Spindle has excellent bearings and free floats on its spring as it should within its bushing.

At the base of the spindle is the pressure foot with shows little sign of wear and has plenty of life. Its micrometer depth of cut, adjustment dial clicks through its settings and holds it setting as it should. The Aluminum casting is in great shape with all of its bushings; both backside mounting bushings and spindle bushing in place and in excellent condition. Its motor the is strong runner, and comes with a used belt that shows no signs of fatigue. Anyone who knows this stuff, knows that if purchasing parts from Gerber; each individual part is more than my buy it now price.
