Selling a Hermes Plastic Shear Cutter that is in great clean condition. This is 12" across flat measuring surface. This has some light paint loss, mainly on the flat measuring part, a little paint loss on the handle, but definitely not bad. Please see the photos. The blade is very sharp and smooth, the handle works easy and smooth.

This is large and heavy, so will require a very large vintage. This will be packed very well and shipped either thru UPS OR FedEx, whichever is cheaper to you and shipping to the lower states only, please.
