This is THE BEST of all Pet Tag Engravers. It comes with multiple-changable Templates ( as shown ) for various size .... PET TAGS - MILITARY-STYLE TAGS - LUGGAGE TAGS - KEYS and more.Tags Dog Tag Blanks can be bought for 45 Cents ... or less... and sold 2 MINUTES LATER ... for $6 - $12. ( depending on event you are at ) Great for retirees who want P/T income ... Light & Easy to use equipment. ( 22 lbs ) I also have several modified templates for doing 3rd-Party Dog Bone Tags. It's internal counter shows less than 300 tags created in it's lifetime. I have an EXTENDED 1 YEAR WARRANTY that I just purchased for it, from the MFGR . / Hillman ... in Sept 2017 ...that is transferable and covers ALL PARTS/ LABOR & even shipping. This warranty costs a mere $100 per year......... NOBODY ELSE .... offers such a thing. ALSO ... Hillman actually answers the phone ... and has a phone # that is NOT hidden , so , if you need to CALL them ... they are there.... unlike SOME other Pet Tag Engraver Mfgrs.

THAT.............. IS ..................... IMPORTANT ! ( BEFORE you buy a Pet Tag Engraver ... call the company and see if they HAVE a listed phone # , and if they will come to the phone to talk with you ! ) and .................before you buy another brand................. Ask if THEY offer THIS level of Warranty ... NOT just for NOW , but EACH YEAR as you own the machine. Motherboards for OTHER BRANDS can be " not available " ... or run over $1000 + labor ! It is in PERFECT working order .. and I use it weekly in my Flea Mkt business.

RETAIL PRICE from Hillman = $3700 ... and only THEY sell this engraver. It is the same as their PET-SCRIBE ... except that individuals can purchase / own it. ( The PET SCRIBE version ..... is never for sale by Hillman. It is only a LOANER to VETS - WalMarts - & PetSmarts , who buy their tag products , and will NOT be supported by them for other owners ) ( YouTube videos exist ) I have owned other Pet Tag Engravers and some are quite nice... BUT ... this model FAR EXCEEDS them from a standpoint of SPEED as well as DEPTH of engraved characters. ALSO .. the SIZE of image is controlled from within , so 2-lines automatically ... becomes larger than what 4-5 lines would be.

Being AUTOMATIC, it speeds up process and maximizes the space available. I do have the online Owners Manual that I can email to the buyer of this. You will NOT find this machine available very often .... except NEW ! This is not a SALVAGE machine , that I just picked up. I use it weekly , in my Engraving business at a Flea Market.
