k40 40 Watt Laser Engraver With Upgraded Dsp Controller Kit And Lens

This is a "K40 or D40" Laser engraving machine I purchased new off of classifieds board. I spent around $400 for this machine, then I purchased an upgrade kit from lightobject dot com. I also purchase an upgraded lens. I have an air blower set up with an airbrush compressor and a cooling bucket with pump that will be included. All told, I have close to $1000 invested in this machine.

Now the catch, When I installed the upgrade, I can't get the laser to fire! All other functions work properly and the new stepper controllers and computer controller makes this machine very accurate, I am told. I am sure it is a mis-wire on my part, but I don't have any knowledge how these things work and am going to sell this unit at a great price so that someone who has experience with these can make it work and have a great machine! Engraving area: 12" x 8".Capable to mark on most organics or NON-metal materials such as bamboo, leather, wood, acrylic, plastics, glass, cloth, paper, and the proper coated metals. Windows 10, 8, 7 (64 or 32 bit), XP, 2000 compatible (NOT compatible with iOS system).

Software: LaserCad (included). Also compatible with CorelDraw (NOT included). Works with most graphics design programs. Quality CNC machined parts for durability. German built bearing Y axis guide rails.

Comes with effective ventilation fan for fumes and smoke extraction. USB connectivity makes it easy to observe from your computer. Can be updated to 50W as long as you change the laser tube.
