Laser Cutter/engraving Machine Work Table

This is brand new aluminium Eggcrate 13" x 10" (325 x 255 mm) the same as I use for my chinnese 40 watt laser cutting machine as shown in the photos. I find that the normal honeycombe work table is not stable as it tends to bend or droop in the middle after a little use and the honecombe being small collects the dirt from the smoke very quickly and small cut parts and off cuts gets stuck in the honeycombe. I now use the eggcrate which stays flat and because the apertures are 12.5 mm square and 12.5 mm deep it allows more smoke to be exhausted via the rear vent. I also find it easier to clean. The best bonus of all is that there are much fewer reflective soot marks on the underside of the work.

The size 13" x 10" is a good size to fill the work space in the 40 watt chinnese laser but the eggcrate can be cut easily to your requirements. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY POST TO WITHIN THE UK
