Laser Engraver Cutter Engraving Cutting Machine

I have absolutely no idea what make or model this is or even where it was bought. Its something that belonged to late father in law. I presume it works but have listed it as parts or not working incase it doesn't. Haven't found anything of his that doesnt work so far. If its supposed to come with anything else happy for someone to let me know.
