Laser Engraving & Cutting Machine With 4 Heads & Rotators

This is a basically brand new, specially designed and built C02 Laser tube, engraving & cutting machine with 4 tubes of 100 watts each, 4 laser heads and 4 rotators, each capable of holding 3 bottles, glasses or other cylindrical items. The complete machine plugs into normal 240v 10amp outlet.This machine is suitable for high quantity of items required to be laser engraved at one time. You can load 12 items into the rotators at one time, the lasers will engrave directly onto 4 of the glass bottles at one time, then move to the next 4 bottles, then to the last 4 bottles. The bottles can be full of wine during this process without any harm or effect.Simply unload the engraved bottles and reload another lot of 12 bottles and press GO again to engrave the next 12 bottles and so on. Once the bottles are engraved, you can also hand apply colour into the engraved design if required to give that added bling or effect.The 4 rotators can also be removed from the adjustable height bed if you wish to allow you to laser engrave or cut timber, plastics and other non-metal materials.

You can work on 4 or more items at a time, depending on the size of the products. This is a multiple use laser cutting & engraving machine, able to cut timber & plastics up to 10mm thick or engrave onto the surface of timber & plastic as required by simply lowering the power to the laser tubes in the program. The bed size is 1.6 metres x 1 metre, so large enough to use for many many different products & uses.The Laser machine comes with 2 water chilling units to keep the laser tubes cool, a fume extraction /filtration system, Laser glasses and the software package.The machine is on wheels for ease of movement and solid screw down feet rubber pads once in position.The software is easy to use and most simple designs and artwork can be downloaded from your computer and loaded onto a USB stick and engraved onto glass or other products.This machine is great for many uses and high production work including the wedding industry for specialised bonbonaries, especially laser engraved bottles of wines, great on cleanskins bottles with personalised bride & groom names and gold or silver colour added.
