You unscrew your brass thumbscrews and then insert the stainless steel set screws.

Leave them loose and then place the template over the set screws which will automatically set the spacing. Then lightly tighten the set screws with the hex wrench. Then just add the brass thumb nuts and tighten it. 
This will be folded up in cardboard to protect it and it will be mailed in a bubble envelope by first class mail so you will get it quick. If you pay by noon I will also mail the same day for faster service.
