This tool is in excellent condition. There are multiples sets of letters included. I do not know the condition of the diamond tip, it might need to be replaced at some point. The unit could probably do with some light oiling. We also noticed the spring which pushed the diamond tip back up would sometimes stick, although it might be our inexperience. Overall, excellent tool in great condition.
