New Hermes Engravograph Stemware Spoon Holding Clamp Fixture

From the engravers estate. We only know what this is because we were told by the engraver Jr. We've found no other item resembling this on the internet. This is clamped into the machine and holds spoons we were told. I might ASSUME it holds other flatware too.
