The NeXGen53 is a professional laser engraving and cutting laser system. Designed and built for speed and precision. Using quality components, the latest technology and intelligent design to bridge the gap between the high end laser systems and the generic Chinese imports currently available on the market today. The X Tech Guide Rail System has been designed to increase speeds, reduce machine chatter and protect the bearings and guild rails for added longevity.

The ultra-wide belt and pulley system has been synchronised with the geared drive train and lightweight laser head to improve acceleration and deceleration speeds by lowing G forces to produce some amazing engraving and cutting speeds. The I beam rails work with the belts to enclose and protect the running gear, which reduces maintenance and increasing the life of the parts.Everything is built into the NeXGen system, the air assist, extraction and cooling system are all incorporated into its design. No extra accessories are needed. Safety features are not only in place to protect the user and meeting UK regulations, but also to stop the machine from being used outside of its working parameters. Interlocks and key locks on all access panels with a separate key on/off to restrict unauthorised use.

Connect via USB, Ethernet or WIFI. Run multiple machines from one computer. Works on Windows or Mac. Lightburn software comes as standard on all NeXGen systems.
