This machine is 3-4 years old and costs over £55,000 new. The machine is in fantastic condition and recently had a completely new laser tube fitted which is the most expensive part and makes the machine virtually new again. The machine comes with the Atmos Duo extraction system which is a self contained extraction unit and works in parallel automatically with the flexx. This again is over £2,000 new. I will also throw in another external extraction system which I am currently using worth around £400.
The machine also comes with an added rotary attachment which can engrave on cylindrical items like bottles, round containers, etc. This is £1500 on its own. The laser bed on this machine is huge being able to handle materials 1000 x 610mm in size. It comes with a honeycomb bed and an additional metal flatbed both interchangeable. This is an 80W CO2 and 20W Fiber laser.
I have spare brand new lenses as well which are hundreds of pounds which I’ve never had to use but good to have spares. These are the best laser machines on the market and this particular model is the upgraded Flexx model meaning it can engrave, Mark and cut more materials than the standard Trotec machines. The Speedy series is the ideal laser engraving machine whether you are starting your business or want to speed up production. Featuring the highest quality components minimal maintenance of the laser engraver is required, while the patented InPack TechnologyTM provides the longest laser lifetime available in the market. Speedy laser engraving machines come with the JobControl® laser software as standard.
JobControl® is easy to learn, with a 15 minute tutorial you can begin laser engraving. With its many options, the laser engraver software is suitable for both beginners and experienced users alike. Usability by design. The Speedy flexx laser engraving machines are equipped with both a CO₂ and a fiber laser. Mark and engrave even mixed materials in only one process without having to change the laser source, the lenses or the focus of the laser engraver manually.
From laser engraving wood and leather to laser engraving glass with a rotary attachment, the applications are almost unlimited with Trotec laser machines.
