Red dot diode not included. Search classifieds board for focusable red dot diode and you should find some. If you need an air compressor for air assist look into the harbor freight air brush compressor, its whisper quiet, cheap, and reliable. If your software has or is expiring look into the free "k40 whisperer" software, tutorials for it online and youtube, it works great and has more options and stability then corallaser. Research lasering plastics before you do it, many lasered plastics creates chlorine gas, this will mess you up if you breath any of it.
