Hello! I hope you are doing well. I am interested in purchasing one of your engravers, but I need to know if this model and the software that comes with it are able to engrave custom designs (like a business logo) in addition to letters. Also, would the purchase of this engraver come with a manual and/or instruction for any possible assembly? If so, I would love to see photos of those items. Thank you very much!
